Tufting is a process of nylon tapes that are passed through the mattress at regular intervals and secured on each side with a cotton tuft. Its memory foam layer is temperature sensitive and designed to soften when in contact with warm surfaces, moulding itself to your contours. Its open coil interior is made up of rows of hourglass shaped springs connected at the top and bottom by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire. To avoid border breakdown, the spring system is strengthened by a thick rod-edge wire that adds support to the perimeter of the mattress. One-sided, you simply rotate the mattress from head to toe, this will even out wear and tear, alleviate body impressions and extend its life. Returns

Refunds

If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
