The mattress is fully upholstered in a quality Belgian damask fabric and benefits from a traditional hand tufting finish. To pre-tension the mattress, the hand-tufted process is applied by passing nylon tapes through the mattress at regular intervals. Cotton tufts are fitted to both sides of the tapes to ensure the fillings are held securely in place.Tufting also gives it a firmer feel. The interior is made up of robust open coil springs, set out in rows from head to toe with each row attached by a spiral helical wire. To further strengthen the finished unit, a thick rod-edge wire is fitted around the perimeter springs to reinforce the mattress border. As it39;s a dual sided mattress, we recommend that you flip and rotate it regularly.Taking this care will enhance its support, comfort and lifespan.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
