Thompson & Morgan Geranium Ultimate Best Red Garden Ready Plants x 30

Outperforming all other Geraniums in our trials, these large, shapely scarlet flowers will retain their form without shattering as they fade. Guaranteed to create a top performance in beds, borders and containers, these are vigorous pelargonium plants.Pot up pelargonium plants and grow them on in warm frost-free conditions. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise geranium plants to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days before transplanting them into their final positions in containers, beds and borders. Plant geraniums in a sunny or semi-shaded position, in any light, non-acidic, well-drained soil. Pinch out the growing tip of each stem to encourage branching and form a bushier plant which will produce more flowers later on. Feed and water geranium plants regularly, particularly during hot, dry periods. Regular deadheading of geranium flowers will encourage further blooms to be produced throughout the summer.Product Specifications: Half-hardyPosition: sun or semi shadeHeight: up to 45cm (18in)Spread: up to 35cm (14in)Supplied as Geranium ‘Best Red’ F1 Hybrid (Pelargonium) 30 garden ready plantsImages shown are for guidance only of the expected results from plants upon maturity.
