BACKGROUND Banwood is a family-owned lifestyle brand with a passion for creating high-end cycling products for children. Our core values lie in safety, high quality and timeless design. The founders Juan Manuel Torralvo Castro and Frida Jonsby met in Germany, the home of quality and safeness, where they discovered that Frida’s eye for design and Juan’s family history of manufacturing made a great match. Banwood give a donation to our non-profit partner, OneTreePlanted, on your behalf. The organisation will then use their expertise to decide the best possible location for the tree you have just bought and make sure it grows. For every single tree we plant, we can make a difference by lowering the carbon dioxide levels from the planet’s atmosphere. This, in turn, slows the Greenhouse Effect and also provides us with enough fresh air to breathe. Our partner, OneTreePlanted, is a non-profit organisation, focused on global reforestation. Through different collaborations and partnerships, they have planted millions of trees throughout Africa, Asia, North America and South America. In addition to planting trees, they also provide education to raise awareness of the importance and impact trees have on our planet.

Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
